Personal Information
MetriServe only collects, uses and archives the personal
information you provided during the sign up procedure or during
subsequent updates in the account management tool. This includes
contact information (name, email, address, phone number, fax
number), billing information (credit card information, card
holder name, card holder address), web site information (url,
description) and time zone information.
Collecting
Personal information of our customers is collected by
MetriServe exclusively during the sign up procedure or during
subsequent updates in the account management tool. We use
an encrypted link with your browser to prevent eaves-dropping.
Using
Personal information of our customers is exclusively used
by MetriServe for its own customer-service applications. It
is not sold, distributed or traded with third parties.
Archiving
Personal information of our customers is stored on our
servers in a secure manner. All credit card numbers are encrypted
and stored on an offline payment processing server. Decryption
keys are never physically stored on the same machine as the
encrypted credit card numbers.
Access
As a customer, you have access to and can modify most
of the personal information you provided to MetriServe using
the secure account management tool. Additionally, you can
