MetriServe Web Analytics is a privately held company founded in 2003 and established in 2004. It provides a new kind of web analytics service focused on collecting more accurate web metrics, presenting them in better and easier to use reports and applying unique real-time web mining techniques to find hidden relationships between non-linked pages.
Company History
July 2003 marks the completion of the initial development phase for the web analytics service backend and the online reporting tool. The name MetriServe is chosen for branding and an extensive testing period of the service is started during which the system is stress-tested in real-world situations. After more than a year of testing and refining the MetriServe Web Analytics service is officially launched in September 2004. Major client wins secured in the following months quickly consolidated the profitability of MetriServe Web Analytics.
